Its located in the heart of hillsdale, prices are decent and the pool is always luke warm. The service is accessible at front desk. Overall quiet and they also have smoking areas outside. Breakfast is served ready in the early mornings and last till 10 am. Parking is easy and they keep their parking lot always plowed.
Clean, very helpful Staff, nice breakfast. Kudos to Julie I got in later in the afternoon, and she was patient and kind. Great place to stay.
The rooms were surprisingly clean, and spacious. The breakfast was basic, all microwaveable food but nothing to fight home about. The service was fast and got me where I needed. The side door don’t work and we had to walk all the way around. Which was not too bad but after a long car ride was a tad irritating. The lobby smelt a little like smoke but we were not in there long.
I had an issue with the third party app that I booked through, and the manager at the hotel went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. Also, the people at the front desk are all really polite and friendly. The rooms are average, but to me the customer service more than makes up for it!

Stayed over night, small breakfast but kids were fed! They enjoyed the sausage sandwiches. Pool was clean, and the do not have a hot tub. The mini fridge leaked in our room but all in all, did the job. They are service animal friendly.
We were concerned about staying here due to some of the reviews, but there aren't a lot of hotel choices in Hillsdale. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was just fine and offered a decent variety of food choices. The location was perfect for us. Our bathroom counters were granite. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. It's not the Ritz. It's an older hotel. It's inexpensive, and you have to expect what they offer. We had a slow tub drain that they repaired immediately. That was literally our only issue. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're staying in Hillsdale.
Check your door that it locks. My door did not require a pass card to enter the door. It would always open even with the security deadbolt without a cardkey.
